DELIVERY POLICY
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 1 day and delivery confirmed by way of an activity voucher.

RETURN AND REFUNDS POLICY
The provision of goods and services by The Zambezi Explorer Cruise Company is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, The Zambezi Explorer Cruise Company will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 5 % administration fee.

CUSTOMER PRIVACY POLICY
The Zambezi Explorer Cruise Company shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, "personal information" shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). PAYMENT OPTIONS ACCEPTED
Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, Diners or American Express credit cards or by bank transfer into the The Zambezi Explorer Cruise Company bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.

CREDIT CARD ACQUIRING AND SECURITY
Credit card transactions will be acquired for The Zambezi Explorer Cruise Company via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for Standard Bank of South Africa. PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no credit card details are stored on the website. The Zambezi Explorer Cruise Company takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.

COUNTRY OF DOMICILE
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and The Zambezi Explorer Cruise Company chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature.

VARIATION
The Zambezi Explorer Cruise Company may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.

RATES AND BOOKINGS

RATES INCLUDE
• Scheduled and/or privatized water based activities depending on nature of booking
• Canapés, meals or beverages specific to booked activity
• Scheduled transfers to and from hotels within a 10km radius of our Jetty

RATES EXCLUDE
National Parks Fees
Non commissionable and will be invoiced as a separate fee
US$ 10.00 per person / activity for foreign nationals
US$ 5.00 per person / activity for Zimbabwe residents
• Meals other than specified, premium beverages, cigars, gratuities and items of a personal nature
• The Zambezi Explorer Cruise Company takes no responsibility for the clients’ passport validity, visas, travel permits, travel insurance, health certificates, inoculations and any other documentation required for the holiday
• Any other services not mentioned in the inclusions

CHILD POLICY & SENNIOR CITIZENS
• Children under the age of 16 pay 50% of the adult rate and must be accompanied by a full paying adult. Childcare / baby sitters are available on any of our products upon request. Form of identification is required to verify children ages above 16 years old
• Infants 0 to 3 years do not pay
• Senior Citizens above the age of 75 enjoy a 10 % discount (if paying direct on Rack rate) on production of proof such as valid ID or passport
• School charters are discounted but non-commissionable. Please request rate from our reservations

CANCELLATION POLICY
• Cancellations must be received in writing through our reservations department

FIT CANCELLATION
1 - 30 days before date of cruise : 100% cancellation fees
31 - 60 days before date of cruise : 20% cancellation fees

GROUP CANCELLATION
45 - 31 Days before date of cruise : 50% cancellation fees
30 days or less before date of cruise : 100% cancellation fees

GROUP POLICY
A group is considered to be 10 full paying guests or more. For every group of 15 full paying guests, one single ticket is available to the tour leader for the applicable service booked

EXCEPTIONS TO THE CANCELLATION POLICY:
• Proof of medical certificate
• Bereavements (spouse/child)

1. APPLICATION OF STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By making a booking for, and subsequent payment in respect of, any services and by accepting and participating in such services, all customers acknowledge that they have read and fully understand the content of these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them.

All bookings must be made in writing to the company or through the company’s website and must include at least the following information:

• Full names and nationality of customers
• Dates for which booking is intended
• Number of seats
• Special dietary requirements (if applicable) - Hotel pick up and drop off point

2. RESERVATIONS
• All reservations will only be deemed confirmed when a voucher guarantee is received or full payment has been made
• All reservations, cancellations & amendments for FIT & Groups are to be made and confirmed in writing by both parties
• All reservations will be held provisional for a maximum of 14 days from date of reservations unless a confirmed status by voucher number is provided by agent
• Reservations made inside of 30 days prior to cruise will be held provisionally for 48 hours unless confirmed status by voucher number or full payment is provided by agent
• Provisional bookings will be held for periods stipulated above. Thereafter, Zambezi Explorer Cruise Company reserves the right to release any such provisional booking. However, should Zambezi Explorer Cruise Company receive a confirmed booking during the stipulated period, you will be informed in writing to confirm your reservation? Failure to do so within 24 hours may result in the booking being cancelled

PAYMENT TERMS
• All bookings must be prepaid in full 30 days prior to cruise, unless agent has an approved credit account facility
• Account facility subject to terms and condition of applicable Credit Facility*
• Should deposit payments not received by due date or supporting voucher, Zambezi Explorer Cruise Company reserves the right to cancel the reservations and any reinstatements will require full payment
• Proof of payment or voucher must be sent through to the Reservations office with the Booking name and date of cruise clearly stated on the correspondence
• Payment is not confirmed until advised accordingly by the company
• Standard deposit and cancellation policies may be altered during any major event, peak occupancies and or other unique occasions

The Zambezi Explorer Cruise Company reserves the right to amend rates and terms and conditions in the event of a change in legislation regarding VAT, National Parks fees or any other statutory legislation
